The snow has melted! Spring is here! Iced caffeine beverages are feelin' like a reasonable thing, and I doubt I'm the only actor who rejoices in no longer changing in and out of audition shoes and winter boots wherever I go.
Richard III positively flew by! Among all sorts of snow-storm chaos, we had a successful run of our imaginative and well-received ensemble-led production, directed by Andrew Codispoti. I'm so thrilled to have a had a chance to play with Dan Beaulieau, Artistic Director of ATTP's good friends, Seven Stages Shakespeare, who played the Duke of Gloucester himself.
An excerpt from a review in the Conway Daily Sun:
“Angela Smith is dynamic as Lady Anne and her barbed-filled exchanges with Beaulieu [Richard III] are a highlight of the production…”
Looking forward to an exciting year!
